Estate Sales Services
Eudybelles conducts estate sales, store liquidation sales and furniture consignment in the Houston, Missouri City and Sugarland area. It's no secret that you have many estate sale companies to choose from, however in todays competitive market Eudybelles understands what is takes to stand out above the others. We are neighbors and part of the community our storefront also provides another alternative when trying to sell higher end items that may be challenging to sell during a three day estate sale.
This is what we offer!
- Free Face to Face Consultation - which is offered by most companies but our face to face package will provide material to educate our clients as to what to expect from the estate sale and we also include valuable information and a personal strategy as to how to maximize the proceeds received from your sale.
- Cleaning and Staging your items - Just as we do in our consignment store we will display your items in a professional manner.
- Marketing - we will market your estate sale in local newspapers, on facebook, estatesales.net, estatesales.org, our website that has over 1500 consignors in the area. The date of your sale will also be posted in the store.
Lastly, we provide sales report and check no later than 3 business days from the date of the sale.

If you need design consultation on selecting your fabrics we can arrange by appointment only consultation with a design expert. We carry Magnolia and Greenhouse fabrics.
