Eudybelles conducts estate sales, store liquidations and furniture consignment in the Houston, Missouri City, Pearland and Sugarland area. It's no secret that you have many estate sale companies to choose from, however in todays competitive market Eudybelles understands what it takes to stand out above the others. We are neighbors and part of the community our storefront is located in Township Square one of Missouri City's oldest retail center
When conducting estate sales we can provide an alternative when trying to sell higher end items that may be challenging to sell at a fair price during a three day estate sale.
This is what we offer!
- Free Face to Face Consultation - which is offered by most companies but our face to face package will provide material to educate our clients as to what to expect from the estate sale and we also include valuable information and a personal strategy as to how to maximize the proceeds received from your sale.
- Cleaning and Staging your items - Just as we do in our consignment store we will display your items in a professional manner.
- Marketing - we will market your estate sale in local newspapers, on facebook, estatesales.net, estatesales.org, our website that has over 1500 consignors in the area. The date of your sale will also be posted in the store.
Lastly, we provide a sales report and check no later than 3 business days from the date of the sale.
