How To Consign


Send us a picture of your items by email at Eudybelles@yahoo.com, include the purchase price, dimensions and age if possible.  For accessories you do not have to send a picture, however we do ask that you contact us at 281-969-8461 to setup an appointment to drop items off.

 

Consignment Terms

All consignment items are held for 90 days.  Consignors can reclaim items after the 90 days if desired.  The consignor is responsible for keeping up with the expiration period.  We ask that you contact us a least 24 hours in advance of pickup to allow us time to pull the items from the floor.  At the end of the contract (90 day) period all unclaimed items become the property of  the store to donate, or depose of as we deem appropriate.

 

What we accept

We welcome clean well loved quality items -  From Pet free and smoke free homes.  We accept furniture and home decor.   We're looking for classic styles that are timeless.

 

What we do not accept

We do not accept any appliances, bedding, curtains, chandeliers, pianos, grandfather clocks, clothing.  All lamps must have shades and furniture items must not require repair or refinishing.  Please check accessories to ensure no chips  - Please do not bring glass items that have been glued.

 

Pricing - Payment

Price is based on style, finish, color and current market value of an item.  All the information you can provide is welcome to assist in determining the sales price.  

Eudybelles is responsible for all pricing and markdowns.  Consignors are paid 50% of the sales price.  Our goal is for a timely sell and maximum profitability.

 

Checks will be written for sold items once a month.  Please call before dropping in to ensure that the proper person is there to write your check.  We mail checks for out of state customers,  or if there are circumstances that require mailing.

 

Delivery and or Pickup

We offer this service through an outsource company at an additional cost for those who are unable to get their items home or to the store.  The charge for this service is based upon location, stairs, weight and number of loads required. Customers that are dropping off heavy items to the store please bring help to unload
